Career Solutions team members help students by answering questions, providing professional guidance, and helping them overcome challenges that are encountered in the internship and full-time job search. Students can access a variety of professional development services, including assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking.

The office also connects businesses and organizations with IST students through recruiting events, job postings, experiential opportunities, and curricular activities like case studies and course projects. Through the IST Recruiting Partners Program and additional sponsorship opportunities, organizations can raise their visibility among IST students while also providing meaningful support to the college and its programs.
