The Office of Development and Alumni Relations secures and stewards gifts from alumni, friends, and corporations that advance the college’s strategic priorities.

Our goal is to identify, cultivate, solicit, and create awareness across to build a strong donor base that can support the college’s long-term success. We collaborate with IST units, seek active interdisciplinary collaboration across the IST and Penn State community, and promote active collaboration with business and industry.

We also promote alumni engagement through various events and programs. All graduates from the college who are members of the Penn State Alumni Association receive membership to the IST Alumni Society at no additional cost. The IST Alumni Society is committed to establishing an alumni network that can be engaged through recruiting, retention, fundraising, and marketing initiatives.
