Professor Moeller has over 22 years of experience in Information and Technology leadership. He has held positions managing IT Service Desks, IT Infrastructure, Network Operations, Mainframe Operations, IT Service Management, IT Project management, and Data Center Operations. He also has over 26 years of distinguished military service with experience in cryptography, communications, data classification, digital fires, and electronic warfare. In addition to teaching full-time in the college of IST, he is a First Sergeant in the PA Army National Guard.
